我們是誰

SonarCue 是一間位於台灣的獨立開發工作室，成立於 2025 年，專注於台股量化研究與資料產品。 由 Desmond Chen（陳獻助） 創辦並獨立營運，自有資金，無外部投資。

創辦人

Desmond Chen（陳獻助） 在投入獨立開發之前，曾任職於 宏碁（Acer）、HTC 與 Google。 橫跨硬體、行動裝置與網路服務的產業經驗，是 SonarCue 在資料工程與系統設計上的底子。

我們做什麼

我們把分散、難用的公開市場資料，整理成量化研究者與交易者能直接使用的資料產品與工具。 目前聚焦台股市場，特別是資料揭露相對零散的權證市場。

• 台灣權證數據站（已上線）——全市場約 30,000 檔台股權證的每日數據：隱含波動率、5 日均量、買賣價差、有效槓桿、處置警示。資料 100% 來自 TWSE／TPEX 官方公開資訊，衍生指標以 Black-Scholes 自行計算。每交易日更新。
• 台股資料品質 QA 包（即將推出）——台股資料源的品質稽核報告與可重現的驗證腳本：新鮮度、缺漏、除權息調整、跨源一致性。供量化研究者在建模前確認資料可信度。
• 聲音分身工作室（即將推出）——中文語音克隆與內容配音服務，供個人創作者與小型團隊量產語音內容。

技術

資料管線以 Python 建構，每交易日自動抓取、計算、產生靜態頁面並發佈，全程無人工介入。 衍生指標以 Black-Scholes 模型自行計算，模型假設於各頁面揭露。 網站以靜態架構交付，確保載入速度與可用性。

About SonarCue (English)

SonarCue is an independent development studio based in Taiwan, founded in 2025 and self-funded. It is run by its founder, Desmond Chen, who previously worked at Acer, HTC, and Google. We build quantitative research tools and data products for the Taiwan stock market. Our first public product is a daily warrant analytics station covering roughly 30,000 listed warrants — implied volatility, liquidity, spread, effective leverage and risk flags — sourced entirely from official TWSE/TPEX public data, with all derived metrics computed in-house and methodology disclosed.
